Da Baby has made his way into plenty of headlines recently making it a very eventful year to say the least.
This time we’re learning that his battery case from 2020 is being dropped. Last year DaBaby allegedly physically assaulted a driver by hitting him in the back of the head when he asked for no smoking in the vehicle. The rappers crew also exchanged violent threats with the driver as well.
Apparently the case was settled and resolved with DaBaby paying the victim $7500 and promising to stay clear of trouble.
