Today in the early morning hours, a vicious fire spread quickly throughout a Philadelphia 3-story row house causing major destruction.
According to reports at least 13 people have died including 7 children.
The Philadelphia Deputy Fire Commissioner described it as one of the worst fires he’d ever been to.
