On Thursday an Indiana sheriff Oscar Martinez was indicted on charges of reckless driving and resisting arrest.
This comes after an incident on September 18th where the officer was allegedly driving 45 miles over the speed limit and after the officers ordered him to pull over, he fled the scene.
However Martinez tells a much different story. He is denying all accusations and sharing his belief that this is all a set-up initiated by a rival politician.
A court summons is said to be issued soon.
