According to reports, Kanye West is back on the market after a break up with his girlfriend Chaney Jones. TMZ reports that Ye' and Chaney broke up after a long trip in Japan. No word yet on what caused the break up but Kanye has already been spotted with a new woman. Looks like he's having a Hot Boy Summer!
