Shenseea Teams Up With Coi Leray For Her New Single 'Flava'

Shenseea has joined forces with Coi Leray to bring some flavor to the rap game.

On Friday, May 24, the Jamaican beauty delivered her new single "Flava" featuring Coi, and it's iHeartRadio's latest World Premiere. Both artists spice up the track between Shenseea's soothing vocals to the New Jersey native's gritty verse about a dream vacation for two. In the official music video, the superstars fly down to Jamaica and turn up together at Carnival.

"Come on baby, what you tryna do?/I'm tryna pull up on you like a drive thru," Coi raps. "I wanna know if we rockin', would you keep it cool/Take trips and private dinner, just for us two."

"Flava" is the latest single to come from Shenseea's sophomore album Never Gets Late Here. The 14-track LP, which arrived today via Rich Immigrants/Interscope Records, is executive produced by London On Da Track and contains other previously released hits like "Hit & Run," "Neva Neva," "Dolla" and "Die For You," which is produced by Rvssian. Her follow-up to her 2022 album ALPHA also holds fresh collaborations Anitta, Wizkid plus fellow Jamaican artists Masicka and Di Genius.

Shenseea announced the title of her album a few weeks ago, but she recently shared the official trailer. In it, she flies over a set of mountains and the oceans while riding on the back of a green dragon. It came after she delivered three cinematic visuals for her previous singles "Hit & Run," "Neva Neva" and "Die For You." Prior to those videos, Shenseea also dropped her own version of Bob Marley's "No Woman No Cry" as a part of the soundtrack for the late reggae artist's critically-acclaimed biopic One Love.
