Pharrell Williams is spreading the wealth of knowledge with other musicians carving their own path in the industry.
In a recent chat with iHeartRadio, the Grammy winning musician and producer revealed what we thinks about being a musical mentor to other artists, detailing exactly why he enjoys sharing what he has learned in his career with the new class to help strengthen their own artistry.
"I would call it a labor of love, you know, because what you get to do is pay everything that you've learned forward and pay all the priceless suggestions that have been given to you and the enviable advice that was imparted to us," he said. "Like, we get to pay those things forward to people we've never met before."
He continued, "And you get to counsel and tell them what you think and feel and help to magnify the talent they have already."
Pharrell recently helped continue to usher in T.I.'s comeback with Tip's new single "MR HIM," producing the second track from his upcoming 12th and final studio album Kill The King, set for release September 25, 2026, before he reportedly retires from music. Pharrell also produced the record's lead single "LET 'EM KNOW."
