Well, it looks like the tech giant might pay big for this FaceID mistake! According to Fox Business, an 18-year-old New York student has hit Apple with a $1 billion lawsuit after the company's facial recognition software allegedly led to his false arrest. Ousmane Bah filed the suit on Monday claiming he was wrongly identified as a thief at one of Apple's stores in Boston last May, after a man was caught stealing $1,200 worth of Apple merch.
