JAY-Z AND TIMBALAND GET SLAPPED WITH A 2 MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT

Jay-Z and Timberland are off of their 'Paper Chase' thanks to the 2 million dollar lawsuit against them, from an 81 year old. Ernie Hines files a lawsuit against Jay-Z, Timbaland, Roc-A-Fella Records, Def Jam Recordings, Universal Music Group and Sony Music. He may be old just he's making a list, checking it twice, and getting them all hit. Hines is a soul musician from Mississippi, because of his age Jay-Z isn't really on his playlist.Hines, is co-author of the 1969 song, “Help Me,” which was sampled on both Jay-Z’s “Paper Chase” and Ginuwine’s 1999 song, “Toe 2 Toe.” Since Timbaland produced both tracks, they aren't safe either. Hines is suing for copyright infringement and demanding at least $2,000,000.
