Seems as if Ashton Kutcher had been keeping something to himself for awhile. Ashton Kutcher testified at a murder trial Wednesday in Los Angeles, California. Kutcher testified he went to pick up a 22-year-old fashion-student to go out for drinks one night and left when she did not answer her door. All this dating back to 18 years ago. Kutcher later learned that the student had been inside her home dead rather than just ignoring the star.
Ashton Kutcher testified in the trial as a witness stating that he kept Ashley Ellerin waiting for hours on Feb. 21, 2001, when he arrived at the her Hollywood home, where he had been to a party about a week earlier.
"I knocked on the door and there was no answer," Kutcher said. "I knocked again, and once again, no answer. At this point I pretty well assumed she had left for the night, and that I was late, and she was upset." The court room was full as everyone was there to watch the case of Michael Gargiulo go down. Gargiulo is accused of killing Ellerin and another female.
