America all waits as the jury deliberates for the Derek Chauvin murder trial.
On Monday, Prosecutor Steve Schleicher delivered his closing argumentย for the state which was followed by the closing argumentย from defense attorney Eric Nelson.
14 jurors heard both sidesโ testimonies and arguments in this case, but Judge Cahill dismissed the two alternate jurors before deliberations began.ย
The jurors proceeded to deliberate until 8 PM on Monday and resumed at 8 AM today. America is waiting for justice to be served and we hope that we receive that justice.
