A Judge just granted the City of Chicago access to R.Kelly's studio located on 200 block of North Justine. The city believes the space is being used as a residence and is only zoned for a business. Also the landlord is evicting R.Kelly for non-payment. The judge in that case this week ordered Kelly to pay $167,000 to Midwest Commercial Funding, LLC. The inspection is set for next week!
