Illinois Attorney General, Kwame Raoul is not satisfied or happy with Jason Van Dyke's sentencing of 6 yrs for killing LaQuan McDonald. He thinks it's too lenient. With good behavior Van Dyke could be out in 3 yrs! Raoul and Kane County State's Attorney Joseph McMahon filed a request with the Illinois Supreme Court seeking an order that would resend the case to Judge Gaughan for a new sentence.
