The reviews are in after Lil Uzi Vert dropped their new album Eternal Atake 2.

Fans took to social media with a wide range of hot takes after the Generation Now artist delivered their latest studio album on Friday, November 1. The album consists of 16 tracks with a sole feature from pop boy band Big Time Rush, who appears in the intro of Uzi's song called "The Rush." Numerous fans dropped fire emojis and praised the Philly native in the comment section of Uzi's Instagram post about the album. On other social networks like X, some people said it was their worst album yet.

"Eternal Atake 2 might be one of the worse albums of the year," one fan wrote.

"I can’t lie this album is growing on me we may have been too harsh on it last night," another fan said.

Lil Uzi Vert launched the rollout for the album late last month with a mind-blowing trailer that shows him returning to space for his next intergalactic adventure. He shared a brief clip called "Uzi The Earthling!" to hype up the project, however, it did not appear on the final version. Following the album's release, songs like "We Good" produced by Cashmere Cat and Wondagurl, "Light Year (Practice)," "Chill Bae," and "Conceited" produced by Cashmere Cat and Charlie Puth garnered plenty of attention from fans. In an interview with Jazzy's World, Uzi explained the vibe of the album and the creative process behind it.

"It wasn't so much of me just experimenting," they explained. "I just experimented in the rooms that I already know how to do. So it's mostly like a lot of vibes on there is me really rapping so it's gonna be like end of 2018-2019 type vibes. It's a bunch of cool songs and catchy songs. Not too much music to where I'm trying to confuse you. It's too much music where you can just sing along and have fun.

Eternal Atake 2 is out now. Listen to it on iHeartRadio now and watch the official music video for "Chill Bae" below.
