Based on legal documents recently acquired by TMZ, it appears that Desiigner is slated to enter a guilty plea this coming Friday. The proposed plea deal outlines a set of recommendations, including a two-year probationary period and a commitment to serve 120 hours of community service.
Additionally, the plea agreement stipulates that the rapper must issue a public apology to the flight attendants who were present during the incident in question. As part of the settlement, Desiigner is also expected to pay a fine of $5,000.
It's worth noting that according to HipHopDX, typically, an indecent exposure charge on an aircraft carries the possibility of a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and a fine of $500 if the accused is found guilty.
