A Park Ridge elementary school custodian has been accused of hiding a camera in a school restroom.
According to reports, Park Ridge police charged Luis M. Rubio-Ortega of Niles with unlawful video recording after he admitted to placing a cell phone in a restroom at Washington Elementary School. The recording phone was found by a female staff member. Hear more below.
