Chloe Cherry, the porn star and actress who plays Faye on hit HBO series "Euphoria," is in trouble in her hometown after being accused of stealing a shirt from a shopping center and police were involved.
Cherry was charged with misdemeanor retail theft in January for an alleged incident that took place in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, back in December.
Chloe visited the Building Character shopping center on December 27 and allegedly took a $28 shirt into a dressing room. She then held onto the garment and fled without paying for it, according to tmz.
Chloe reportedly used a credit card to pay for other items, but she is accused of skipping out on the blouse. When the police were called, Chloe allegedly confessed to stealing the blouse and returned it to an officer.
However, Chloe's representative offers a different version of what transpired, telling TMZ:
"In December, there was confusion over a blouse that wasn’t properly charged to my client’s credit card. In no way did she 'admit' to taking the blouse, since that was not the case. This story seems to be more about a local store trading on a celebrity’s name more than anything else.”
Chloe is best known for her role as Faye on "Euphoria," but she has also worked as a model and in pornographic films.
