Through the window of his Maybach, Kanye West told paparazzis that he "can't be controlled" because he he hasn't committed any crimes. He commented that big celebs like Jay Z and Beyonce, Diddy, Shaq, and more can't say what they want like he can. He claims that he can say whatever he wants and "not go to jail" and that he won't be controlled by "the entities" that have power in Hollywood.
