Sean 'Diddy' Combs Denies New Lawsuit: "I Will Fight For My Name"

According to CBS, filed on Wednesday in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, a woman had alleged that Sean "Diddy" Combs and two other men sexually assaulted (gang raped) her in 2003 when she was 17 years old, still in the eleventh grade. At the same time, the other three women whose separate cases are filed under the New York Survivors Act expired on Nov 24. This case is filed under New York City's Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law.

Combs took to Instagram on Wednesday stating, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH," and he will "fight for his name." The suit details the assault on Jane Doe who was the 17-year-old at the time. Naming Harve Pierre and a third unnamed defendant gave her drugs on the way to meet Combs. Combs had spoken to the teen on the phone earlier wanting to meet. The report, alleges as Combs was raping her he told her he could not "get off" unless she pinched his nipples as hard as she could, court documents said. Doe has little recollection of the transportation home but does recall being in the car early morning the next day and her underwear missing.
