According to Billboards, T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, are now facing a new civil lawsuit alleging that they drugged and sexually assaulted a woman they met at a Los Angeles nightclub back in 2005. The accuser filed the complaint on Tuesday, claiming that after being introduced to the coupe at the club, they allegedly spiked her drink, took her to a room, forced her to undress, and assaulted her. According to the accuser's attorney, she was introduced to T.I. and Tiny by someone named "Caviar," whom she met prior at rapper Coolio's house.
In response, T.I. and Tiny have denied the allegations and will fight the lawsuit and allegations. The case has been filed under the California Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, the same as the New York Survivors Act.
