According to NBCNews, yesterday (Feb 14) the Kansas City Chiefs victory celebration was interrupted when an active shooter opened fire in a crowd around 2 p.m. More than 20 people were injured, with eight in critical condition and 11 of those were children ages ranging between 6 and 15. Unfortunately, one person has been pronounced deceased.

A man whose family was shot recalls the active shooter "spinning and shooting in a circle." Jacob Gooch from Leavenworth, Kansas told CBS about his family injuries. His song was shot in the foot and the bullet is still there, his wife was shot in the calf, and Gooch suffered a couple of broken bones from being shot in the ankle.
