According to People, MGM Resorts quickly shut rumors down that Bruno Mars was allegedly $50 Million in gambling debt. After multiple news outlets claimed last week that the singer caught himself in gambling problems at the resort which led a large portion of his residency back to MGM.
MGM Resorts International responded, "We're proud of our relationship with Bruno Mars... MGM and Bruno's partnership is longstanding and rooted in mutual respect." Sources claimed that Mars made $90 Million but owed back majority of that. NewsNation claimed, per People, "He will only make $1.5 Million back after taxes."
Mars contract with MGM Resort was supposed to end last year in August but was extended. MGM and Mars partnership has been longstanding since 2016.
