According to HipHopDX, Kid Cudi fell hard during his Coachella performance on April 12, breaking his foot. Video shows that he jumped off stage to mingle with his fans and landed incorrectly, immediately fell to the ground, and received help from security.
"Hey guys, so I broke my foot today at the show,'" he wrote on X (Twitter), "Just leaving the hospital. Never broken a bone so this is all a bit crazy." The show ended early, but he thanked his fans as they supported him off-stage.
