The rapper was on stage performing his hit "How You Gonna Act Like That," one of his members from his security team came and notified him of someone trying to serve him legal papers. Tyrese thanked the crowd for his appreciation and was seen rushing off the stage to exit. He is facing a $10 million defamation and libel lawsuit from Byran Barber, who claims Tyrese ruined his "character and reputation."
