According to Fox 5, rapper T.I. and Tiny are in the process of trying to get the judge to throw out a lawsuit by a military veteran accusing the two of sexual assault.
The lawsuit filed by "Jane Doe," in January claims she was drugged after a night out in Los Angeles in 2005. It's alleged that the couple spiked the women's drink who was 20 years old at the time and took her back to their hotel room where they "forced her to get naked," according to a billboard report.
The women filed a lawsuit, suing for sexual battery, negligence, assault, and false imprisonment. The couple's lawyer filed a motion to dismiss the case due to statute of limitation, and a motion is set for August in California.
