According to the US Sun, Wendy Willams', ex-husband Kevin Hunter, is demanding she represent herself in court during their divorce hearing instead of her guardian, Sabrina Morrissey.
Hunter argues that Morrissey has 'no legal standing' and is not an attorney in New Jersey as she is only one in New York. In a court order, the judge granted Morrissey 21 days to prove she was eligible to represent the former TV host.
Hunter also requested a court order for Williams to be present even though she had not been seen in the public eye for a year. He has been fighting their divorce for money he says is 'still owed to him.'
