According to USA Weekly, Sean "Diddy" Combs's team has requested a new proposal for bail on November 8th.
In the new filing, Diddy argues that evidence in the 2016 video showing him assaulting Cassie proves their findings are not valid. Diddy's team stated, "makes the Government case is thin." His lawyer proposed a 50 million bail package, around the clock security, home detention and restriction, no access to the internet or his phones, a pre approved visitor list for his family, and surrendering all passports.
This will be the 4th time Diddy and his team have requested a new bail package. He has been behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest in September on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. As of now, Diddy and his lawyer have denied all allegations of the charges.
