According to CBS News, Chicago rapper Lil Durk is facing two new charges in his alleged murder-for-hire case. Last month, Durk was arrested in Broward County, Florida, for the 2022 shooting of Quando Rondo's cousin, 24-year-old Saviay'a Robinson, whom investigators believe was not the intended target but Rondo was. According to the reports, the indictment states Durk as being the leader, along with five other OTF affiliates.
Durk is currently held without bond in Miami, awaiting transfer to Los Angeles, and is charged with one count of conspiracy, one count of using, carrying, and discharging firearms and a machinegun possession, and one count of use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death. If convicted, Durk and the other five codefendants could face a maximum life sentence.
