According to TMZ, Christian and Quincy Combs are taking matters into their own hands after a man named Courtney Burgess, published a book alleging to be their mothers, Kim Porter's personal diary titled, "Kim Porter Tell It All."
The Combs brothers filed a cease and desist against Burgess, and claim they are the rightful owners of Porter's intellectual property rights since her death in November 2018.
Burgess has gone on a press run to promote the book and claims it is the original unedited version, and that it came from a flash drive given to him by one of her close friends.
As of now, Burgess is on a time limit of five days to shut down his online sales of the book and to stop promoting false claims. The Combs brothers also want any money he has made off the book as well.
