According to Our Midland, in a filing from TikTok on Thursday, it is confirmed that on January 19, TikTok will be banned from the United States, leaving many users upset. Like many people, TikTok is challenging the Supreme Court to overrule the ruling in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. In previous years, Trump tried to ban TikTok during his first term in 2020, but the ban never went through. In a recent interview, it shows that he is in support of keeping TikTok. President Biden signed the legislation law into place on April 24. Soon, TikTok will not be able to be downloaded and is legally prohibited in the United States.
