Per ESPN, the Philadelphia Eagles defense played a strong game in New Orleans last night, winning the Eagles second championship ever and blocking the Kansas City Chiefs from being the first time in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls. The Chiefs had a hard time gaining momentum, trailing the Eagles' 24-point lead halftime. While they did pick up steam in the second half, it was not enough to close the gap, with a final score of 40-22.
