According to People, preacher and producer DeVon Franklin proposed to his girlfriend, celebrity trainer Maria Castillo, in Maui this past December. During a sunset photo shoot, dressed in all white, Franklin dropped to one knee and popped the question. Since meeting through a mutual friend about a year ago, the couple has been inseperable.
