According to TMZ, Irv Gotti's brother Chris Lorenzo appeared on the "2way" podcast to talk about his younger brother when he revealed that Irv was eating Chinese food and playing poker with friends when suffered his fatal stroke. He also stated that Gotti had a series of health issues because he almost never went to the doctor, contributing to the "massive hemorrhagic stroke" that eventually took his life.
