According to Eater Chicago, famous Chatham restaurant Lem's Bar-B-Q was awarded an American Classics Award by the James Beard Awards committee. Founded in 1954 by brothers Myles and Bruce Lemons, the restaurant has been a cultural touchstone for decades. The business is still run by the Lemons family, serving up their famous rib tips six days a week over on 75th St.
