According to USA Today, a New York judges has dismissed the racketeering and breach of contract charges brought against Diddy by Lil Rod. Though these claims were dismissed, the judge opted to proceed with the sex trafficking claims. While this may be a small victory for Diddy and his team, more is yet as both sides prepare for trial.
