According to USA Today, Sean Kingston and his mother Janice Turner were convicted on federal wire fraud charges Friday. After a five-day trial, a jury found them guilty on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and four counts of wire fraud. Kingston and Turner will be sentence on July 11, with each of them facing a maximum 20 years in prison. Turner is being held at Miami Federal Detention Center until sentencing, while Kingston is out on home detention with electronic monitoring.
