According to Complex, Demetria Spence, a contestant on the Zeus Network Show Baddies, was arrested for placing a false 911 call which resulted in Young Scooter suffering a fatal injury as he fled the scene. Spence called the police to report she had seen drug activity and sex trafficking, later admitting these claims were fabricated. When police arrived, Scooter fled the scene and injured himself on a wooden piece while hopping a fence, which ultimately took his life. Friends Young Thug and Future have expressed that they believe he died from police shooting, though the APD denies these claims.
