According to TMZ, Wendy Williams has enlisted the help of Joe Tacopina, the attorney who handled ASAP Rocky's defense, to represent her. He stated that as of now he is just her personal attorney, though he is going through the process to become one of her guardianship attorneys, as those must be approved by a judge. Williams has been making several steps to get out of her guardianship, and with the assistance of Tacopina, this might be the extra push she needs to finally be free once again.
