According to TMZ, Lil Durk and his lawyer filed a motion Friday to dismiss the superseding indictment relating to Durk's alleged murder-for-hire plot. Prosecutors point to lyrics from his song "Wonderful Wayne & Jackie Boy" to prove his involvement with the murder of Quando Rondo, however Durk's team says the song was recorded before the murder took place.
