According to HotNewHipHop, Lil Durk will not face the death penalty in his murder-for-hire case. A motion was filed which notes that the Attorney General of the United States advised the United States Attorney for the Central District of California to not pursue the death penalty in the case. Lil Durk and his legal team still are still working to get the rapper released on bond.
