According to TMZ, DDG has filed a motion to stop Halle Bailey from taking their infant son Halo to Italy, saying she poses an "imminent emotional and psychological risk" to the child. He cites her mental health as a concern and submitted documents and texts as evidence for his claim. He is also seeking sole custody of the child.
