According to People, the judge handling Diddy's sex trafficking trial has denied his motion for a mistrial for a second time. The defense claims "prosecutorial misconduct" in their motion, saying that the prosecution has presented evidence that they knew was "materially false" pertaining to Bryana Bongolan's testimony. In response, the judge stated that this was "not fodder for a mistrial."
