According to AP News, Diddy's legal team implied that he would not take the stand, saying that their defense presentation could last less than two days and no more than five. The prosecution took two weeks questioning two of Diddy's former girlfriends, so the likelihood of his testimony wrapping in under a week is highly unlikely.
