According to People, the 2025 ESPY Awards were held Wednesday night with comedian Shane Gillis hosting the event. Simone Biles took home two big wins last night, securing the award for Best Female Athlete and Best Championship Performance. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was honored with the Best Male Athlete award. Finally, the Philadelphia Eagles took home the award for Best Team following their Super Bowl championship this February.
