According to TMZ, Marcus Jordan has cut a deal with prosecutors to close out his recent DUI case. As per the terms of the deal, Jordan must submit to random drug testing, make an $1000 donation, have an interlock device put on his car, complete 50 hours of community service, and write a 250-word apology letter to his arresting officer for allegedly verbally berating him at the time of the arrest.
