According to TMZ, Judge Arun Subramanian has denied Diddy the acquittal he requested in a motion filed ahead of his sentencing. In the motion, Diddy's team argued that the Mann Act charges for which he was found guilty have "changed" over the years and would not be applicable to his case. While Judge Subramanian agreed on the fluid nature of the text, he ultimately decided that the transportation of prostitutes across state lines fell well within the bounds of the Mann Act's use.
