Tems was recently interviewed for GQ UK, where her chill demeanor was on display. The Lagos singer gave a little insight into her work with big names, such as Beyoncé and Drake. Tems says she was in bed on Friday when Beyoncé’s Renaissance was released. Her voice is married to Beyoncé and Grace Jones’ for the song “Move.” “Of course, it [the song] means something to me. If someone told my five-year-old self listening to Destiny’s Child that one day you’re going to have a song with one of them, I might just be confused,” says Tems.
