SouthWest Airlines apologizes to mother for making fun of her child's name

So this mom was upset this boarding agent made fun of her daughter name! Now I can’t lie her daughter name is funny its spelled ABCDE but its pronounced ab-city! Idk how they came up with that one! But the company apologized because the boarding agent snapped a pic of the boarding pass and posted it on social media!!
