First lady Michelle Obama will be in Chicago on April 10 to speak at a luncheon hosted by Mayor Rahm Emanuel aimed at bringing the city's youth violence problem to light. 

According to the Chicago Tribune, FLOTUS' office announced Wednesday that "she will urge business leaders to invest in more opportunities for youth. "

Participants in the lunch will include representatives of leading civic groups such as the Commercial Club of Chicago, the Economic Club of Chicago, the Executives’ Club of Chicago and World Business Chicago, which the mayor chairs.

The event takes place the morning of April 10 at the Hilton Chicago.
