Gucci Mane's troubles are piling up. According to the "Athens Banner-Herald" of Athens, Georgia, a local nightclub is suing the rapper for 70-thousand dollars for breach of contract.
Manor nightclub says Gucci was a no-show for a Halloween night concert last year. The show was reportedly sold out and when Gucci failed to show, Manor says it had to issue refunds resulting in a 46-thousand dollar loss.
The Manor also claims its reputation took a hit because of his no-show. The lawsuit also names Gucci Mane's agent Eric Turner who was supposedly given a three-thousand dollar advance for the rapper's appearance.
Gucci Mane had been behind bars since his arrest last month for an alleged assault, but was released on bond over the weekend and placed on house arrest. However, Gucci's freedom did not last long as he was arrested the next for an alleged probation violation.
