COP GETS POSSIBLE PROBATION FOR USING #BLACKLIVESMATTER IN TWEET

A police officer in Brooklyn is under the radar for replying to her departments twitter with #BlackLivesMatter. Gwendolyn Bishop responded the to the tweet in February regarding a gun arrest through her personal twitter account, "Sad day for the 76th Pct. #Blacklivesmatter."

Her private account @ducklipzanddimplzz, where her response came from, is now deactivated. Her attorney comments her personal account does not reflect her position as a cop. He also mentions her tweeting does not go against any department rules; anyone is allowed to respond through their personal account.

Bishop says she doesnt recall replying to the post and she barely uses her twitter anyways. She says she meant to write #BlueLivesMatter and her phone autocorrected for her. She could possibly face 30 vacation days removed from her and 1 year probation if found guilty.
